Before placing a direct order

Please ask us to state applicable return eligibility, time limits, restocking or transport charges, cancellation terms, replacement process and any exclusions in the quotation before accepting it. Do not rely on a verbal statement where a written order term is needed. No blanket return window or warranty duration is promised by this general page.

Manufacturer warranty

Orders through marketplaces

Works contracts and rentals

For installation, construction works, custom builds or equipment rentals, the agreed scope, inspection and acceptance process, change requests, cancellation and any service or defect response period must be described in the signed or accepted work order / rental terms.
